  • A squeeze of lime (optional)

Method

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan.

  2. Add mushrooms and cook undisturbed until browned and caramelised.

  3. Add garlic and sauté briefly.

  4. Stir in Kaaram OK Please Umami and cook for 1–2 minutes until it coats the mushrooms in a silky glaze.

  5. Spoon generously over toasted bread.

  6. Finish with pepper and a squeeze of lime.
