    If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To process your claim, kindly provide:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

    Once we receive this information, we will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the nature of the damage.

    Note: Refunds are not provided for products that are simply unopened or unsatisfactory based on personal preferences.

  • 2. Non-Refundable Items

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

    • Opened or partially used products
    • Products returned without prior approval
  • 3. Refund Processing

    • If you qualify for a refund due to damaged or incorrect items, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
    • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
  • 4. Cancellations
