1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across India.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We have a standard charge of 100 for every package

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Areas: 5-7 business days

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

5. What if my package arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your order, but if it arrives damaged, please email us at contactus@kaaramokplease.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We’ll resolve it quickly.

6. Do you offer express delivery?

Currently, we don’t offer express delivery. However, we are working to bring faster shipping options in the future.

7. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived on time?

If your order is delayed, please contact us at contactus@kaaramokplease.com. We’ll look into it right away.

Return & Refund FAQs

1. Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final due to the nature of our products.

2. Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the product?

Refunds are only issued if the product is damaged during transit. Please ensure you provide proof of damage (photos of the package and product) within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at contactus@kaaramokplease.com

3. What if my product arrives damaged?

We take great care to ensure your order is delivered in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contactsust@kaaramokplease.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting contactus@kaaramokplease.com. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

5. How do I report an issue with my order?

If there’s a problem with your order, please email us at contactus@kaaramokplease.com  within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and relevant photos. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Product FAQs

 1. How long can I store your products?

Our products have varying shelf life which is clearly marked on the bottle. Once opened, please refrigerate and consume them within the recommended period for optimal freshness and taste.

2. How should I store your sauces?

Unopened jars: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Opened jars: Refrigerate immediately after opening and ensure the lid is tightly sealed after each use. Shake before each use as some separation can occur.

3. Are your products gluten-free?

Most of our products are gluten-free. This is clearly marked on the front of our label.

4. Are your products vegan-friendly?

Our vegan product range is clearly marked on the front of our label.

5. Are your products keto-friendly?

Several of our products can be enjoyed in moderation on a keto-diet as they often contain very low quantities of carbohydrates. These are clearly indicated on the front of our label.

6. How do you source your ingredients?

We source our ingredients directly from small-scale farmers, hydroponic farms, and organic growers. By partnering with local farms, we ensure the freshest, most authentic South Indian flavors while supporting sustainable and ethical farming practices.

7. Can I use your sauces for cooking or just as condiments?

Our sauces are versatile and can be used as cooking bases, marinades, or even as flavourful condiments to elevate any dish.

8. What makes your sauces unique?

Kaaram OK Please sauces bring bold, heritage-driven South Indian flavors to your table. Crafted with premium ingredients, small-batch care, and a touch of innovation, each jar offers a perfect balance of tradition and modern convenience.

9. Do your products contain preservatives?

Yes, we use sorbic acid, a naturally occurring preservative, in minimal quantities to ensure our products remain fresh and safe to consume.

10. Why do you use sorbic acid in your products?

Sorbic acid helps extend the shelf life of our products by preventing the growth of harmful bacteria, mold, and yeast. Sorbic acid is widely recognized as safe by food safety authorities and is commonly used in food preservation. It is non-toxic and does not accumulate in the body, as it is metabolized and excreted efficiently. It is considered safe for individuals of all ages, including children.

11. Do your products contain artificial flavours or colors?

No, our sauces are made with natural ingredients and do not contain any artificial flavours or colours. We aim to bring you authentic South Indian flavours without unnecessary additives.
