For us every ingredient tells a deep background story intertwining food culture, and history - a lot of these traditional ingredients are losing their place in our fast-paced world and our aim is to revive, showcase, and restore them for the modern kitchen.

We also hope to show-case technological advancements in agricultural practices by hydroponically growing some of our main ingredients. We marry all this with time-honoured techniques like lacto-fermentation, slow cooking, and traditional methods of producing small-batch, artisanal products.
