From Giveaways to Great Conversations: Highlights from Our Stall

Now that we've done a few exhibitions, there are a few standard things you can expect from our stall. One of the highlights of our exhibitions was the giveaways at our stall. We loved surprising visitors with tasters of our South Indian sauces and spicy Indian relishes. We usually pair these with chips so that you can get the full flavour of the sauces. We also have wooden spoons if you would like to try them plain. We are also happy to spend as much time chatting with you about the ingredients and how to pair and use the products 

We also put a lot of thought into making our stall a memorable space. From the vibrant colours and playful design to the way we laid out our products with tasting notes, every detail was meant to spark curiosity and conversation. We also have some quirky giveaways like our now iconic matchboxes, some stickers and postcards. Many people told us our stall stood out not just for its look, but for the energy and warmth they felt when they stopped by.

Of course, all of this comes with a fair amount of preparation! In the weeks leading up to each exhibition, our team dives deep into planning — from ensuring our small batch sauces are fresh and perfectly bottled, to curating the display and even rehearsing how best to tell the stories of our heritage hot sauces and heirloom ingredients like Kodampulli and Guntur chilli. It’s a labour of love that ensures every visitor gets an experience that’s as rich as the flavours we bottle.
