A Celebration of Flavour and Community: Our Exhibition Journey

Over the past few weeks, we had the wonderful opportunity to showcase Kaaram OK Please at exhibitions in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore — and what an experience it has been!

From the very first day, we were overwhelmed by the warm response and the curiosity people brought to our stall. Visitors didn’t just stop by to taste our South Indian sauces and artisanal Indian condiments — they stayed to share stories, ask questions about heritage ingredients, and explore the magic of fermented Indian sauces with us. These conversations are what made the exhibition so special.

For us, food is more than flavour; it’s memory, connection, and discovery. Meeting so many people who resonate with that philosophy has been energising and deeply rewarding. Whether it was someone’s first taste of a heritage hot sauce, or a fellow food lover reminiscing about a tangy spicy condiment their grandmother used to make, every interaction reminded us why we started this journey in the first place.

These cities offered us not just enthusiastic food lovers but also a vibrant sense of community. We had a fantastic time sharing our work, learning from others, and building new friendships along the way. From our South Indian flavour revival through small-batch fermentation to bringing back the boldness of heirloom ingredients like Kodampulli and Guntur chilli, every stop reminded us that there is so much appetite for food that’s rooted in heritage yet made for the modern Indian pantry.

As we pack up from this leg of the journey, we’re already looking forward to what’s next. These exhibitions have been more than just platforms to showcase our brand — they’ve been a celebration of culture, flavour, and connection.

Thank you to everyone who came by, supported us, and shared in the joy of bold Indian flavours. We can’t wait to see you at the next one!
